Service Terms
By engaging with VANGUARD FURNISHINGS LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions governing our furnishing and interior solutions contracts. These terms are binding upon all parties and are subject to change with prior notice.
1. **Scope of Services**: We provide expert furniture sourcing, comprehensive delivery coordination, and professional installation support tailored to residential and commercial projects. Our services are designed to ensure seamless integration into your interior environment.
2. **Contract Formation**: All agreements are formed upon written or verbal acceptance of these terms. A formal contract is generated upon the submission of a detailed project scope and budget.
3. **Payment and Invoicing**: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment remains outstanding.
4. **Changes and Modifications**: We reserve the right to modify the scope of work, pricing, or project timeline without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated in writing to the client.
5. **Limitation of Liability**: In no event shall VANGUARD FURNISHINGS LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
6. **Governing Law**: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of New York.
7. **Entire Agreement**: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
